Since January 1, 2022, any BCBA in their first year who is supervising trainees accruing fieldwork for BCBA or BCaBA certification must meet with a qualified consulting supervisor monthly to support effective supervision practices. As an active BCBA with post-graduate training in leadership and program management, and more than a decade of effective, ethical supervision practice, I am ready to help you build strong supervision practices from the start.

Practitioners completing a corrective action plan after disciplinary action are warmly welcome.
All services are provided remotely via videoconferencing. In-person sessions within the Louisville metro area can be arranged by mutual agreement. Payment is taken via PayPal at time of scheduling.
