Ways to Work Together

Fieldwork Supervision: Be Ready for Anything Before You’re Out on Your Own. Individual indirect supervision hours for those pursuing BCBA or BCaBA credentials. We’ll build your functional assessment and behavior-change skills together, and find research that keeps your work strong and relevant. Practical, flexible, evidence-based. Purchased as series of 10 and provided biweekly or monthly.

• 10-Hour Package: $1200 ($120/hr)
• 20-Hour Package: $2000 ($100/hr)

Consulting Supervisor for New BCBAs: Since January 1, 2022, any BCBA in their first year who is supervising trainees accruing fieldwork for BCBA or BCaBA certification must have a qualified consulting supervisor meet with them monthly to support effective supervision practices. As an active BCBA with post-graduate training in leadership and program management, and more than a decade of effective, ethical supervision practice, I am ready to help you build strong supervision practices from the start.

• 6-Hour Package: $1,050 ($175.00/hr)
• 12-Hour Package: $1,920 ($160.00/hr)

Practitioners completing a corrective action plan after disciplinary action are warmly welcome.

Professional Mentoring: Support for new BCBAs navigating early practice. Private, respectful assistance in applying principles from your coursework to your caseload. Schedule for functional assessment design, treatment plan refinement, practice management tips and connection to resources. Provided bi-weekly or monthly when purchased as a series.

• Single Session Fee: $150 per hour
  • 30-Minute Business Strategy Add-On: $75/session
• Series/Package Options:
  • 3-Session Series: $425 (saves $25, or $141.67/hr)
  • 5-Session Series: $675 (saves $75, or $135/hr)

Consultation: Available for complex case review, guidance on naturalistic approaches, or family education in partnership with local resources. This is provided on a limited basis, please inquire for availability.

• Fee: $150/hour, with a 90-minute minimum

All services are provided remotely via videoconferencing. In-person sessions within the Louisville metro area can be arranged by mutual agreement. Payment is taken via PayPal at time of scheduling.
