I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience in clinical practice, supervision, and leadership. Since certifying in 2013, I’ve overseen treatment in home, community, residential, and in-patient settings, and managed a behavioral services division through their transition to telehealth in 2020.
As a clinician, I have particular experience supporting intense behaviors in home and community settings, but I choose to specialize in early intervention — especially joint attention and social engagement. My academic background includes formal coursework in verbal behavior and linguistics, both of which shape how I teach and consult. My self-directed professional development has focused on assent-based methods, ethical decision making, and naturalistic, family-centered practice.
As a mentor, I’ve supervised fieldwork candidates since 2015 and overseen RBTs since the credential’s inception — including serving as RBT Coordinator for Seven Counties Services, my region’s community mental health center, where I drafted our competency standards and created the supporting training package.
Rooted in Louisville, I’m proud to support my local community and guide new practitioners across the country. Whether I’m mentoring early-career analysts, consulting on tough cases, or partnering with families and teams, I focus on clear, practical guidance that builds real skill and respects the people at the center of the work. I know how demanding this field can be day to day — my aim is to offer steady, judgment-free support so you can grow your confidence, sharpen your judgment, and feel more grounded in your practice.
